Psalm 30

Psalm 30

O Lord my God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

(Psalm 30:2)

O Lord my God,

Heal my heart.

Heal my soul.

Heal my body.

Make me whole.

I cry unto thee and thou hast healed me!

Amen and Amen.

Reflections:

– The spirit leads the physical body.

– Is it well with my soul?

– How many times has God healed wounds to my spirit and body? Too many to remember or count?

– How do I keep my spirit healthy and whole every day?

Moving Forward:

– I will read Psalm Thirty. I will say a prayer of thanksgiving for all of God’s healing powers in my life. I will consider one way to keep my spirit healthy each day.
